Our Coaching Team
Diversity is an important factor in the ability to deliver success. We work with professional coaches from a diversity of cultural and industry backgrounds to ensure we can provide a team with the appropriate skills and experience to successfully help your business. All our coaches are experienced and are independently accredited.
Veronica Cooper - Veronica is the founder and Managing Director of The Coaching Alliance. She has worked in a variety of business environments including banking and recruitment prior to becoming a full-time coach and mentor. She is an ECI Accredited Practitioner Coach, Accredited Business coach, Business NLP Practitioner, member of the European Coaching Institute and is currently undertaking an MBA.
Ted Clarke - Ted is a Senior Coach and trainer and is a fellow of the Institute for Independent Business International. He was a management consultant and successfully ran his own consultancy practice for ten years before turning to business coaching and training. Having mentoring business executives for the last 16 years, Ted is in a unique position to give meaningful coaching to business owners, executives and directors. Ted is a member of CoachVille, International Coach Federation and a founder member of the International Association of Coaches.
Lois Cook - Lois is a Senior Coach. Lois is a Certified NLP Coach who has been successfully coaching business people for the last 5 years, since leaving a senior management corporate position. She has a degree in psychology, NLP Masters, diploma in performance coaching and a certificate in counselling.
Both Veronica and Lois are committed to progressing opportunities for women and have contributed to the Hertfordshire Women's Enterprise Strategic Framework Consultation and to Business Link Hertfordshire's mentoring & coaching initiative for women in business.
Tracey Hall - is a coach, facilitator and trainer has worked in the field of organisational development for over 15 years. She has worked in Human Resource specialist roles and as a Development Consultant across the public, private and voluntary sectors prior to becoming an Independent coach and facilitator. Tracey is a designer and creative facilitator of development programmes, and coaches individuals and groups at all levels within organisations. Her expertise is in coaching individuals and groups (in action learning) in support of Leadership Development and the Management of Change. Tracey has an MSc in Human Resource Development, has been trained by world class coaches. She is also certified to perform psychometric tests and is an NLP Practitioner.
