Leadership
Despite women making up over half of Britain’s workforce, only 17 are executive directors of FTSE 100 companies. Men dominate 9 out of 11 managerial groups and at the current rate of progress it will be many years before women reach the top in equal numbers.
As such, companies are looking from more diverse sources to improve working practices in the boardroom and throughout the business structure. One way they are doing this is by developing talented women from within their own organisations.
Workshops
Barriers to women moving into senior positions stem from both business culture and from within women themselves, and these workshops aim to address and remove these barriers.
Working closely with our clients, we identify key issues and obstacles women in your organisation face. We then provide tailored interactive workshops to address and manage these issues.
Benefits to business organisations:
• Meet Diversity objectives. Inequality is inefficient and limits decision making. Women bring new ways of thinking and working, creativity & decision-making reflective of our current society & globalising markets.
• Developing women already succeeding within the organisation to be role models and leaders by being culture carriers
• The workshops demonstrates to staff your commitment to women, which gives you increased loyalty and it is a benefit you can offer when recruiting, making you more likely to become an employer of choice.
